These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AB Creator ("AB Creator," "we," "us") and any websites, apps, games, or other custom digital work you order through it (the "Services"). By creating an account, submitting a custom order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we do
AB Creator is a marketplace and custom-order platform for websites, web apps, mobile apps, games, AI tools, templates, branding, and other digital projects. You can browse ready-made solutions or submit a custom project request describing what you need.
2. Estimates and final quotes
Prices shown on the site, and any preliminary estimate shown during the custom order process, are starting estimates only. Final pricing depends on the actual scope, features, platforms, integrations, design/art needs, and requested delivery timeline. We review every request and confirm a final quote with you in writing before any paid work begins. You are never charged based on a preliminary estimate alone.
3. Payment and deposits
Once you approve a final quote, we may require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due at agreed milestones or upon delivery, as specified in your quote. Specific payment terms, methods, and schedules are confirmed with you directly and are not processed automatically through this website unless and until that functionality is explicitly enabled and disclosed to you.
4. Revisions and scope changes
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your quote. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope — additional features, extra platforms, major design changes, or a materially different direction from what was quoted — may require a revised quote and timeline, which we will always discuss with you before proceeding.
5. Ownership and intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final source code, design files, and assets delivered as part of that project, except for any pre-existing tools, libraries, templates, or components we license from third parties, which remain subject to their own licenses. Until full payment is received, all work product remains our property.
6. AI-assisted features
AB Creator includes an AI website-builder tool that generates draft website code from your prompts using third-party AI providers. Output from this tool is a rough draft, not a finished, tested, or production-ready product, and is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Prompts and generated results may be logged and reviewed to improve future AB Creator features, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't submit sensitive personal information, confidential business information, or content that infringes on others' rights through this tool.
7. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback during revision rounds, and any content, assets, or credentials needed to complete your project. Delays in providing these may affect your delivery timeline. You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes or to request content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
8. Cancellations
You may request to cancel a project at any time before completion. Any amount paid for work already completed, including deposits, is generally non-refundable — see our Refund Policy for details.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AB Creator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
