• AI Builder activity — prompts you submit and the website drafts generated in response, along with which model and template (if any) you used.
• Settings and preferences — things like your display name, notification preferences, and theme choice.
• Usage data — basic technical information like pages visited and general usage patterns, used to keep the service running and improve it.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide the Services — creating your account, processing custom order requests, communicating with you about your project, generating AI website drafts, and improving the platform over time. We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI Builder data and future model improvement

When you use the AI Website Builder, your prompt, the generated result, and related metadata (such as which model was used) are stored. We may review and use this data — including to help develop or fine-tune future AB Creator AI features — even for generations that fail or are rejected by our safety checks. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information or confidential material in AI Builder prompts.

4. Third-party services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate AB Creator:

• Google — for sign-in authentication.
• Vercel and Neon — for hosting and our database.
• AI providers (Groq, OpenRouter, Google Gemini) — your AI Builder prompts are sent to one of these providers, depending on the model selected, to generate a response. Each provider processes this data under its own privacy terms.
• Resend — for sending order notification emails.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain an anonymous session identifier for the AI Builder (so you can return to past drafts even if you're not signed in). We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

We retain your account, project, and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. AI Builder generation logs may be retained longer for the model-improvement purposes described above.

7. Your rights

You can review and update most of your information from your account settings. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us using the details on our About page.

8. Children's privacy

AB Creator is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
