Refund Policy

This policy explains how deposits, cancellations, and refunds work for custom projects ordered through AB Creator. Because every project is custom-scoped, refund terms are also confirmed in writing as part of your specific quote — this page describes our general approach.
1. Before a quote is approved
Submitting a custom order request does not create a payment obligation. No charge occurs until you review and approve a final quote. You can withdraw a request at any point before approving a quote at no cost.
2. Deposits
Once you approve a quote, a deposit may be required before work begins, as specified in that quote. Deposits cover the time and resources committed to starting your project (requirements review, planning, and early design/development work) and are generally non-refundable once work has started, except as described below.
3. Cancelling mid-project
If you cancel after work has begun, you'll be billed for the work completed up to that point, and any amount already paid beyond that (if applicable under your specific quote's milestone structure) may be refunded at our discretion. Amounts corresponding to completed milestones are not refundable.
4. If we can't deliver as agreed
If we're unable to deliver a project as agreed in your quote due to a failure on our part, you're entitled to a full or partial refund of amounts paid for undelivered work, at our discretion, taking into account the amount of legitimate progress made.
5. Revisions before refunds
If a delivered project doesn't match what was agreed in your quote, our first step is always to fix it through your included revision rounds, not to issue a refund. Refund requests based on dissatisfaction are considered case-by-case after revision options have been explored.
6. AI Builder and template purchases
The AI Website Builder is a free preview tool with no associated charge, so it is not covered by this refund policy. If and when paid AI Builder tiers or standalone template purchases are introduced, their specific refund terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase.
7. How to request a refund
Contact us using the details on our About page with your order reference number and the reason for your request. We'll respond and let you know the outcome.
